So I woke up this morning and I'm deciding which album I should listen to (it's a Sunday morning tradition of mine to wake up and listen to an album in full. I'm scrolling down through my iTunes Library and I see Born This Way. It's been a couple of months since I've heard Born This Way in full, so I decided I'd listen to the album in full.
So I finished listening to it in full, and I can't believe how much this album still slays. Born This Way is BY FAR Gaga's most cohesive body of work. The uptempos (such as Judas and Scheiße) had me bopping and her vocals on the midtempo ballads (such as Marry The Night and The Edge Of Glory) slayed me.
One song that I completely forgot about and just remembered was 'The Queen'. I just finished listening to Electric Chapel (in my top 5 of Born This Way), and then this song came. When I was listening to this song, I came down from a 10 to a 4. This song was just so uneventful and boring. It had no place on the album, and the worst part about this song is that it's in between Electric Chapel and You & I, which are very good songs.
Does anyone else agree with me that 'The Queen' is Gaga's worst song? Comment below.
