I honestly don't think he's going to do too much. I'll give him maybe an average of 6-7 because I think the Oscars producers are going to ask him to keep it tame. They won't want to completely alienate the majority of their audience, and especially after they just announced that they're making changes to diversify their voters. But since it's Chris Rock and he has no chill, he will probably push it up to at least an 8 by the end of the night once everyone's had a few drinks in them.
