I am basically eating my heart out from the beginning of 2015, like whatever I want so I gained 80 pounds. Last summer, I did some extra yard work for my boss and it also consisted some lifting stocks and that lasted for 2 months. By the end of november 2015 I noticed that my back has been toned a little bit, chest lifted, my shoulders are more rounded, basically I have a dad bod and I am only 20

. Right now I am on 35-carbs, 15-fat and 50-protein habit of eating/portioning. I still have the dad bod but I am working on my way gradually to be fit. ( I am a mix of meso and endo) So eat more protein, dont forget your carbs and healthy fats, exercise regularly if you can.
