Susan Boyle is on a mission to discover the next -- well, Susan Boyle. The "Britain's Got Talent" sensation has announced a singing competition, called "Susan's Search," to give her fans the chance to sing on her next album.
In a video posted on her official website, Boyle explains why she launched the contest."When I did Britain's Got Talent, I was given a chance by Simon Cowell to show what I could do," said Boyle. "'Susan's Search' is about giving other people an opportunity. It's about letting them live the dream that they have always wanted to do."
Aspiring Boyle collaborators can enter the competition by uploading a video of themselves singing "Silent Night" to her YouTube page. The winner will record a duet with Boyle for the follow-up to her chart-topping debut album, "I Dreamed a Dream."
Although I'm scared about her dominating the holiday season again. If she blocks other albums from #1 when she sells 500K per week...
It will all depend how much of her hype she can keep
Yeah..remember when she blocked that Andrea person from number one for a couple of weeks? The fact that it is an Xmas album is going to exacerbate the problem.
