This kills me, He was Gibbs right hand man for the last 13 years, and was on the Pilot episode on Jag going back to 2002.

If Ducky leaves, I think the show will be over. It really hasn't been the same since season 11, and I admit has gotten a little soapoper ish. But it's still the #1 drama and averaging 12-18 million a week, and as high as 22 million 3 years ago. Pretty great for a show that's lasted more than others.

after 13 years, its time. also it was always the Gibbs show, they kept promising that tony would get to shine but he never did...should have taken that offer of his own team years ago
