Panic! at the Disco, the pop-punk band that hit incredible heights of popularity with their album, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, are back at it again, recording a follow-up to 2008′s Pretty. Odd.
Or, the band was recording – a Twitter post from lead vocalist and guitarist Brendon Urie noted that the band was “
Officially done with all guitars and bass for the record!!” Meanwhile, drummer Spencer Smith tweeted that the percussion recording was done as well.
Urie and Smith began recording on April 20, setting out to create an album after the departure of guitarist and vocalist Ryan Ross and bassist Jon Walker. The two left the band due to “creative differences”, which may have including the presence or lack of the exclamation point in the band’s name, as it was re-inserted days after their departure.
There is no release date set for this as of yet untitled album
