Discussion: Why does ATRL view Taylor as more talented than Katy?

I've noticed on ATRL that Katy's detractors like to brand her as 'untalented' yet the same people will be quick to praise Taylor for her talent.

Let's face it, they're both on par vocally, both write great pop songs and it could be argued that they're both equal as performers (although personally I prefer Katy). So why is it that ATRL insists Katy is untalented yet not Taylor?
