a lot of chinese people (in china) recently came into a lot of money and there are thousands of stories of them pooping everywhere, vandalizing things and having no manners. Nothing against chinese people but alot of asians say its because china had an economic boom which allowed peasants and farmers to move up both socially and economically but they still act as though they are peasants
No. Class and sophistication typically comes from proper upbringing or having the intelligence and self awareness to learn realize you weren't properly taught and to correct whatever is lacking in the way of social graces. Having money is simply that -- having money -- and that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with character.
