I remember coming home from school and watching TRL then from 4-5 they always had some trashy messy show like NEXT or room raiders it was hilarious, i was young I would have to switch the channel QuickT when my parents walked in the room.
MTV Latin America brought back MTV Hits, it isn't a dated format, maybe for those who are 10 years old and from this generation, but TRL was a way for fans to connect with their favorites and watch their videos.
They should really attempt to resurrect TRL. The format would be very adaptable with fans voting in real time on Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat. With the stan wars I can only imagine the frenzy it would create every day.
I want them to bring it back, they should just charge people 1 dollar for each vote and let that count as a sale for songs and have whatever videos make the top 10 get streaming points
