Not surprising given his weight for so long. I know it's sad but I can't feel sorry for him anymore, considering this has been going on for years and it's been literally proven he doesn't even try to lose weight, and just feels sorry for himself

I feel so bad for rob. Depression can make a person literally feel like they can't change no matter how hard they try, so they end up not bothering at all. I hope this is the wake up call rob needs, diabetes is not a death sentence, but obesity is.

Hopefully he can pull a Nick Jonas and really champion his diabetes.

What type of diabetes is it. If It's type 2 it can be cured if he loses weight, hopefully this is a wake up call for him to get healthier. Although if he really is struggling with mental health issues that's easier said than done

It feels like Rob just got left behind in all that family's fame whoring madness and it's quite sad. I hope he gets well and takes better care of himself.

I don't believe he was abandoned. I think he just keeps shutting everyone out. The kadashians didn't turn their backs on Caitlyn so this has to be Rob. Hope he gets better tho.
