Adele's '21' listed as one of the most unwanted items

One Direction's second studio album Take Me Home has been named as "the most unwanted item" over the Christmas period, by musicMagpie.co.uk. The boy band's 2012 album, which includes hits such as Live While We're Young, Kiss You and Little Things, was traded in to the recommerce specialist 31,468 times between Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
The website, which buys unwanted items including CDs and DVDs for cash, also saw an influx of Adele's 2011 album 21 - with 25,897 copies bought from users. Adele's next and latest album 25, which is still number one in the chart, was released on November 20 this year.
