Haven't even bothered to watch the Iron Man movies but I know those are the worst because he's trash

Winter Soldier is the best BY FAR (hopefully soon to be surpassed by Civil War)

I've only felt compelled to watch the Iron Man movies once each cause they're boring af so one of them is the worst, not sure which one

Ant-Man was pretty meh too, it was good but not up to the standard of the rest of the MCU.

Also haven't seen the Hulk movie because it looks pretty bad

Best: Winter Soldier without a doubt.

Worst: Probably a tie between Thor 2/Iron Man 2/The Incredible Hulk. I'd give it to Iron Man 2 overall though probably.
