The white gay couple just uses prep and condoms and the single white female uses just preps and condoms but the black gay couple uses prep his medication and condoms. I also noticed that the last time his testing ads went up in the subways and stations all of the models were black. Why?

Maybe it has to do with the fact that according to statistics, Latino and Black men have a higher chance of HIV infection? The entire "marketing" of safe sex is bizzare nonetheless (although it's very necessary).
