Staying healthy, feeling good about myself, and aging well so I can maintain whatever looks I have for as long as possible and still be able to do things on my own when I'm older.
Not trying to lose weight, but the same mindset applies:
At first I exercised because I didn't like my body and wanted to change it. After a few months I came to love exercising, and now I work out not just to look/feel good but also because it's fun.
When I was younger I was a bit fat because my mom used to be often sick and I was constantly eating because I was always thinking about her health and the other kids used to tease me because of my weight, I guess that was/still is my motivation to hit the gym and eat healthy.
I am pretty skinny already tbh Like 147 and 6 feet. but I have weird bone structure so it looks like I have love handles still, so I have to lose more!

your bone structure is genetic so thats not gonna change
but if you want to lose more weight try not to go below 137 because lower than that is underweight for 6 FT
