Same. I'm having 6 - 7 meals a day and started to train regular now. I don't want to become one of those gym dudes but I hate that my arms are way too thin for the rest of my body. It bothers me soooooo much actually

I think I need a personal trainer to tell me what to target/eat specifically. Last year I trained hard for 5 months and while the results were ok they were definitely not as impressive as what other people can accomplish in 5 months so I only got discouraged and got back into my old habits
