Earlier this year, there was the heartbreaking story of the dog who had her muzzle taped shut [with electrical tape]. [...] She had cold laser treatment to promote healing in the tissue and luckily, they didn't have to remove her tongue.

Her abuser is awaiting trial thankfully, hope the punishment is severe and not some dumb **** like not being allowed to own pets for a certain amount of time.
I almsot teared up I really cant believe people actually do this to their pets why have them in the first place she looks so happy now I hope the bitch goes to jail.
These stories of abused, neglected, sick dogs getting rescued and nursed back to health make me so happy
I guess it's cause I got a dog now and love her so much
