On June 15, 1999, R&B music would change forever. Destiny's Child would have released their chart topping single which would celebrate the empowerment of women and become a staple of money grubbing girls all over the world. This single "Bills, Bills, Bills" would go on to pay for all of Beyonce's lace front wigs and for all of Kelly + LeToya's dinners at their local FoodMarts. As for the other girl, having the allowance to talk in interviews was much more important.
