Mate S has 3D Touch which works only in photos app and Apple had it way before on Apple Watch. Rose Gold was speculated months before iPhone 6S was released and 5.5" is size introduced with iPhone 6 on Apple devices. Sooooo....

I need to upgrade soon. It'll either be this or the next.

By ATRL logic, no one should work on their products to make them better and offer what is IN, only Apple. And everyone copy Apple.

Apple still did it first. When the Apple Watch launched it was already known that Apple had patented it for the iPhone 6S. You tried tho.
Huawei only jumped on it once they saw how the tech worked an knew Apple would be launching it on the iPhone.

The difference is, Touch ID and 64 bit were the main selling points of the iPhone 5S, and Samsung followed. 3D Touch was the main selling point of the iPhone 6S, and guess what? Samsung followed.

Apple introducing a Stylus, or Split Screen or bumping the phone up to 2GB of RAM is not copying, I mean the Apple Newton had split screen options and a stylus as well. And adding more RAM is a given to anyone since the need to more RAM as phones are doing more now.
