I assume you're referring to this one because it's the only one I could find. If this is the case, yes, it expired.

at this being a single here after all this time.

As far as I remember, it was sent to Urban radios some months ago (around September IIRC) and it reached the Top 40 there. I assume it happened because of Young Thug and it was even credited as Young Thug & Jamie xx featuring Popcaan. However, this time is mainly because of Jamie xx's GRAMMY nomination with In Colour in the Dance/Electronica field, so his label is pushing it in the other formats.
