On it's second week in the chart Kelly jumps 52 - 17 with just 2 weeks left until the official release. This is based on the music channels playing the unedited music video alone. Can't wait to see how its doing when the official video is released, airplay kicks in and promo starts!

I'm really shocked at this ... I actually don;t understand how it charted so high ... very minimal airplay and very few channels play the vid (when is that actually going to premiere?).

Congrats, hopefully this will make her management see they need to focus on the UK instead of realeasing random songs to US iTunes

Commander is available on US Itunes but it hasn't been given a single release. I think it would be massive in the US if given the right promo. This song is a WW smash and the only thing holding it back is her label. YES dance isnt as big in the US but it's growing in popularity and this song isn't even that dancey anyway.

Her label is struggling to choose this, GAW or RCG as the "official" first single in the states. The obvious choice is Commander, but her label is playing dumb.

yeah but very, VERY little. The only time I saw it was on top 20 video chart, at something like 19.

They are sales only, but If a song is getting a lot of airplay either on Radio or TV it is more likely to be selling more downloads.

I don't understand what's going through people's minds when they say this type of music won't sell in the US. They said it about Rock That Body and even Sexy Bitch, it's obvious that the buyers (13-30) WANT dance music, because they like to party and go to clubs. These 60 year olds in their rocking chairs need to sit.
