I can only come on atrl using my data from my phone. If I try to come on on my phone/laptop/iPad using wifi it gives me an error code. Anyone else have this problem?

You have to disconnect your modem and re-connect it. Trust, it works.

This happens to me every 3-4 days. I just disconnect the modem and it's back right away.
