Adele could be set to appear on The X Factor 2015 final this weekend.
X Factor boss Simon Cowell has confirmed he is desperately trying to persuade the singer to perform at Wembley Arena on Saturday or Sunday evening.
He said: “We’ve said to her 'if you come to London, you will come back a hero'.
“There will be 10,000 people in Wembley Arena and it will be like royalty turning up. That’s hard to turn down."
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Simon added: “We are on the phone every five seconds trying to persuade her. I’m speaking to her record label in America.”
Coldplay and One Direction are already confirmed for the live final shows this weekend.
Last night the finalists were confirmed with Louisa Johnson, Reggie n Bollie and Che Chesterman all with a shot of winning this year's series.
