No, I got accepted to all of the colleges I applied to in California (Cal State Northridge, San Diego State, Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego, Cal State Channel Islands, San Jose State, UC Merced, Cal State Fullerton). I think that's all of the ones I applied to lol.

I originally wanted to go to a bunch of snooty private liberal arts colleges. My top choice was Vassar College, I also applied to Bard, Wesleyan, Colby, and some others. I didn't get into most of them, and I ended up going to a large public university. In the end, I'm grateful for attending the school I did. A public university made me into a much more well rounded person imo and exposed to more people, rather than staying in some upper middle class bubble my whole life.
I got rejected by USC, but they said it was only because they had reached their cap of international students (and I'm glad too cause I'd have gone bankrupt trying to pay for it.)
I got rejected by some grad schools but in most cases they've already told me that they were rejecting literally every student with an undergrad degree from another university so I wasn't pressed and I already got my acceptance letter from one university the next day after the deadline so I was fine.
Yeah back in high school, I had a very mediocre GPA and ACT score and I got rejected from this one third tier statate school. During that time I was getting very serious about school and my grades, but it was too late.
That propelled me to get my **** together even more, and now I'm slaying with my GPA in college.
Sorry about it, but everything will make sense in the end!
I got rejected when I applied to my dream high school and got admitted to a different one, which turned out to be one of the best things to happen in my life.
