They have been so awful since 2008.
Their music is generic and bland.

Maroon 5 exists hun.
While 1D & 5SOS are basic they still show some really interesting stuff, Maroon 5 is just messily bad. I'm don't like Coldplay but I'd take them ANYDAY over Maroon 5.
