baked? that sounds nasty considering how gross it gets after you leave it out in the open a minute after cutting it.
I love it tho. I can eat it just like that, lightly salted.

Yes. With salt, oil and vinegar I can eat it with almost any meal.

I eat it with a bit of salt, lemon juice and olive oil / in various salads or blended with almond milk.

Avocado is the best
I like it best
1) On toast with butter
2) with bacon and eggs
3) as guacamole it's the best.
You'd have to have pretty obscene taste not to like it in my opinion.

Yeah I make a bread spread out of it similar to guacamole but with some feta cheese in it. It's yummy.
