Seasons, Island Paradise and University are my top 3. I played them the most.

If I have to choose 1, Late Night

University Life > Late Night > Showtime > Island Paradise > Seasons > Generations > Pets > Into The Future > Supernatural > Ambitions > World Adventures

World Adventures was really good. Loved it.
Ambitions was and is still the best expansion pack. So much gameplay.
Late Night was literally awful and they should have sold Bridgeport as a world, because the rest of the pack was terrible.
Generations was bare bones, and were just base game ideas glorified.
Pets was really well done, and the world is amazing.
Showtime was the rest of Late Night packaged up for $40.
Supernatural was good, don't really play them though.
Seasons was okay, but at least 60% was reused from the Sims 2 Seasons.
University was great. But the peformance was terrible.
Island Paradise was the Sims team really running low on ideas. And the majority of the content was recycled from the Wii version of the base game.
Into the Future is a pack no one asked for.
