Edit; after reading the article, it'd be fantastic for transgender females. They would be able to have a baby, literally. For a double whammy they could use the stem cell treatment to get a bio embryo and have it inserted inside of the new womb. Giving birth to a biological child naturally. Wow science is awesome!!!

What man would want to carry a baby? We're not built for it. Our narrow hips would widen, we don't have the correct hormones, there's no way it can come out and a C section is hard to recover from.

If it's some other lady's egg then I don't see why not. But if you are having a uteran transplant I doubt you'll have a penis to make sperm lol
