Since about an hour ago Dutch police + special forces are investigating in Rotterdam due to clues something might be going on there. They closed off a street where the mayor of Rotterdam was eating due to a suspicious white Mercedes with a Belgian license plate. The mayor was evacuated and police helicopters are circling the city. Update: street is open again, we'll have to wait for more info on the arrests. Might turn out to be nothing, like in London earlier tonight
