I think it's a deliberate attempt by her and her label to earn more money. NOTHING wrong in that. It's their prerogative! You can go download it illegally, that's YOUR prerogative
She probably wants that first week sales record pretty bad...although it wouldn't be out of the question to say it was both Adele and the label's idea to keep her music off streaming platforms, so Adele's not all to blame here.
