If that was the case, then he should focus on the immigration policy first, because people like our own bae Hollywood has been petitioning for his husband from China to be a Canadian resident for years now with no progress, and yet... Justin Trudeau is persuasive on forcing 25,000 refugees to our country in a rush by January 2016, or as early as Christmas this year.
His advisers are already telling him this is a bad idea, but he wants to make a statement that he can do whatever he wants. It only shows he's not flexible enough to change his stands on foreign policies.
