This poor guy (who is not even a Muslim) posted an image in social media. Some jerk grabbed it, photoshopped it, and turned him into a "Wanted" for terrorism individual.
Not surprisingly, the media ran with it and published the photo without confirming it

On Saturday, Veerender Jubbal woke up to a social media nightmare. The Canadian Sikh discovered that a photoshopped version of his bathroom mirror selfie was circulating on social media as a photograph of one of the terrorists behind the Paris attacks.
The doctored image had originally been posted by Jubbal on his Twitter handle on Aug. 5. In the photoshopped image, the iPad has been morphed into a Quran, with a suicide vest added over his shirt.
It hasn't been established who was behind the doctoring, but Jubbal hinted that it may be related to his criticism of the controversial GamerGate movement. Jubbal, who describes himself as a freelance writer, games critic and diversity consultant on Twitter, had also started the #StopGamerGate2014 hashtag. According to several Storify threads, he has been attacked before for his pro-diversity stance in gaming.
