Salary vs. hourly rate
How are you paid? Which one puts you in a better position? Pros and cons?

Salary.
I never go past my hours, so I don't have to worry about overtime.

That's not exclusive to salary. People who get paid by the hour also get those.
-----------
OT: Hourly. It's almost impossible to finish on time at a hospital. Wouldn't be fair to get paid a fixed amount.

Nnn, I should've been more specific. I work at a school, so I get a LOT of paid vacation time.

I have worked both hourly and salary and I don't see a huge difference. Hourly is great because of over time but I never work over time anyways.

Ah ok...but that doesn't have anything to do with the fact that you're paid a salary lol. It's more about the nature of your work
