It's just combining the text of multiple reports and incidents from the last decade or so.

Whether it's deleted or not, it's a pile of crap. No one should be taking it seriously. World News is not entertainment.

Twitter bot that was initially created as a spam account to promote some obscure Russian book store by posting weird excerpts of their books out of context, most of which were garbled nonsense. It got a huge following because occasionally the tweets would be unintentionally funny or seemingly profound.

Somewhere along the line though someone bought out the account and started posting intentionally funny things while still pretending to be the bot. It was revealed awhile later and kind of killed the buzz. They've since stopped updating the account.
