Its on Windows 10. I keep signing out (As instructed) and even searched up youtube videos and did what instructed and it still wont leave. Even safe mode and sfc /scannow didnt do the trick

I have that same problem with Windows 10 IDK how to fix it, I just try not to turn off the laptop b/c it is working fine atm, I haven't restarted in weeks last time I restarted the critical error thing happened again

Antivirus software. Most people (myself included) have been able to resolve the issue by uninstalling the antivirus software, restarting the system, and installing the software again (if you'd like to reinstall it).

This message showed for me too like 4 or 5 times but, once I logged out and restarted the PC, it would work normally again.

I had the same problem. Have you checked for new updates? Because the problem went away once I installed the latest release.
