Beyoncé is being sued by a man who says that one of the singer's video shoots caused a personal nuisance to him.
Philip Markowitz alleges that he was awakened at 7am by film crews who "invaded his neighbourhood" as Beyoncé shot her 'Why Don't You Love Me' video, reports TMZ.
He claims that the crews prohibited him from leaving his house by blocking his driveway and forced him to miss "several business calls" while he attempted to have them moved.
"He demanded compensation for the trespass on his property and the inconvenience and delay he had already suffered," the lawsuit read.
Markowitz also claimed that he has previously been paid up to $10,000 (£6,500) by other productions for use of his property, but was refused pay by Beyoncé's team who claimed that it was a "low budget film shoot".
He is suing the singer for private nuisance and trespassing, and is seeking unspecified damages.
What a loser. Beyonce filmed a music video outside his house and he complains?
some people need to find more things to do with themselves.
this guy saw that 400 millions forbes list and that 'top 10 richest singers in the world' thread i make..
seriously he just sued her cause shes beyonce..LOLLL..he must be like 'omg beyonces in the house..! this is the time i gotta get me some quick cash..!'
Beyonce shouldn't be the one who gets sued. If anything it should be the guy sent to look at possible locations for the video that should be sued. they shouldve worked out a deal that the neighbors would get paid for their inconvienince.
