American Horror Story has officially been renewed for season six! It was to be expected, even if the ratings have dipped a bit from "Coven" and "Freak Show", since it's still FX's highest rated shows by light years. Hell, it could pull like a 1m average (Murder House numbers) and it still probably wouldn't get cancelled

Anyway! What are your ideas for season six? What could the concept be? Ryan often throws in hints about what the next season will be in the current season. LOTS of us thought season five had to be something alien-related based on all the obvious hints (Elsa Mars, Jupiter, Florida) but I think that was just meant to throw us off. I remember him saying there were clues to season five in the first episode of FS or something... But I don't reefer any allusions to hotels...

I think a prison would be cool, but it might be too similar to "Asylum". Would that really be a bad thing, though? Another Asylum is what people want.

I've heard some theories that next season takes place in the White House.

There's been several president mentions this season and the White House is infamous for being haunted.

A government type season would be very cool, although many shows these days are about government and the white house. It still would be interesting.

Not necessarily. Some dark things go down in politics. I think there's a lot of material to work with.
