Kelis co-directed the video for “4th of July (Fireworks)” with Rankin and Nicole Ehrlich. Shot in the scorching desert outside of Los Angeles, Ehrlich describes it as a “spectacular array of visual stimulation seeing Kelis play dynamically upon the four elements of the universe.”
