Do you have a particular year that you miss? What do you miss about it?
For me it would probably be 2006. Even though I was only 11, I had loads of friends, was constantly involved in either sports or music related activities, was doing really well in school and was generally a happy person. Not to mention that the music at the time was amazing. Good times
(music-wise) I really miss 2008-2009. The Beyoncé, Britney, and GaGa reign. (+ in 2008, Madonna's massive, 21-country chart topping smash hit, 4 minutes.)
I miss 2011 just because a lot of significant things were happening to me:
- Graduated high school and went into college
- Rushed and pledged for a fraternity of brothers that are now my life friends
- I was beginning to becoming a lot more confident as a person.
And on top of that, Born This Way came out. I also discovered a lot of good music that got attached to the special memories happening in that time.
I miss 2013 a bit... that year was amazing for me, but since then I have spend most of my time studying and I think that 2016 is going to be even better, so I have nice thing in front of me
Music vise, I miss the 80's... those were the years... but I was not even born back then, so I guess it's 2003-2004, amazing year for music for me
I also discovered a lot of good music that got attached to the special memories happening in that time.
