We actually do have specific schools for religion and gender (Religion I can get, if it ties into curriculum. Gender... well, there are at least actual biological differences between them)
Race-specific schools would simply bring back segregation and anyone supporting it is, honestly, racist. There is no reason to create race-specific schools except for the sake of excluding a race or creating divisions between racist, neither of which are good things. Sexuality-specific and whatnot schools would be just as regressive and problematic.

This. It's also likely to create a lot more tensions from the minorities to majorities (and vice versa), which would only make things worse for everyone
