I don't like Kim+Kanye myself, but you are failing to see the bigger picture.

If SHE HERSELF cared anything about her own artistic integrity, getting things out on time would be on her terms, nobody elses. An artist presumably in control of their work in any shape or form would make sure that they get their stuff out on time. What this sounds like is that she is just relying on someone to make her so called "timeless music" which clearly isn't working. Well maybe timeless because it indeed is never going to be released. This era has literally ruined the best years of her career, and it is getting pretty sad to watch.
Any Navy member who tries it with Rihanna having any sort of control over her career is going to be forever haunted by this messy era, it is evidence that she has no idea and never will.

Kanye is an overrated, basic producer. He needs to stop trying it with pop music.

I thought he wasn't in charge of this project anymore? I hate the fact that Rihanna is relying on him and his artistic vision, and possibly delaying the album because of him.
