It sounds alot like her. She was chatting with some girls from the Philippines and they even sang for her. What do you guys think, is it or is it not her? ARKL will be pleased to hear the possibility of a Philippines show with the next tour.

It DOES sound like Britney. Could be her, cause she talked about it on Twitter. But for the same reason it may not be, simply because some people are idiots. But still, it's a 50/50 chance and the voice is *very* Britney.
