Ever see a member post a .gif, but you're not quite sure what it means?

In this thread, I'll post a .gif, and members can comment with their interpretations of it, and how they would use it to respond to something, or if they have used it to respond to something. Is it a shady gif? Is it expressing glee or joy? For the less aesthetically literate, this thread can be quite helpful.

Furthermore, it might just be fun and interesting to see how different people view and use gifs.

I'll post a new gif every day. Members can post or PM me gifs that they want explained.
