I just don't understand the whole choose based off of gender, rather than based off of experience? Had these guys and girls truly be THE BEST in their field for each position, than kudos. But I have a feeling he was more concerned on it being equal more than anything?

Also how come for the Minister of Finance he chose a guy who is a millionaire with close ties/allegiance to Bay Street and not someone who understands middle class struggles better? The Liberals have already destroyed Ontario, so I am hoping that they learned from Kathleen Witch's mistakes and don't screw Canada up.
