But how is that gays being biphobic. That would be the bisexuals themselves being biphobic, no?
I don't think there's a concrete answer because there are extreme cases in all. A lot of straights actually don't mind being bros with a bi or gay guy, but usually those who are homophobic will also be biphobic. I think a lot of gays are accepting but there is always that "stepping stone" approach (see Tom Daley) and that's what makes some gays biphobic. Also the reason about "they may cheat because I'm insecure". And that applies to women too. In fact many straight women won't be in a relationship with bi men because of it.
So I think it's equal but maybe straight women edge it slightly.
