He's getting kind of overexposed and making a lot of songs lately. I've noticed that his songs this year haven't been on par with his previous efforts.

Examples:

• Selena Gomez - Hands To Myself
• Demi Lovato - Confident
• Demi Lovato - Cool For the Summer

That's just a few of examples of his lukewarm 2015 efforts.

Now compare that to songs like (in my opinion, so stop whining about my taste):

• Taylor Swift - Style
• Taylor Swift - Wildest Dreams
• Taylor Swift - Blank Space
• Katy Perry - Dark Horse
• Katy Perry - Wide Awake
• Kesha - All That Matters
• Kesha - C'Mon
• Britney Spears - Baby One More Time
• Britney Spears - Hold It Against Me
• Britney Spears - 3
• Avril Lavigne - What The Hell
• Pink - So What

Is Max Martin over (quality-wise)?

Yes tbh.

Quality wise, yes. He's way past his peak. But he's going to cater to the "in" sound, and that's why he's continued to stay relevant for many years.

All of the songs listed are good except for one.

I've noticed a gradual decline too. The Ariana/Demi songs in particular. I really hope his Adele effort brings him back up.

True. Pretty sure he'd put 200% into the Adele track and you're also right about Love Me Like You Do

Half of those "great" songs from his past (some of which are probably less than a few months older than some of the newer ones) aren't really any better than some of those "bad," recent ones. All That Matters, Blank Space, and What The Hell are not good productions no matter how you cut it. You're just cherrypicking.

Although I do feel like, since Prism especially, he's been stretched very thin. It seems like there's more demand for him now than ever.

Never lol. He is the go-to pop producer/writer and has been for the last 15 years.

Well he killed it this year with Ellie, Selena, and Adele so just because he made bad tracks for Demi doesn't mean he's over.

The first 20 seconds are amazing, but I feel like the rest of the song is too repetitive and goes nowhere.
