Exactly, it says right there you will NOT be charged for the album itself until it is available but you WILL WILL WILL be charged for Woohoo! It is NOT free, so anyone thinking it is and trying to use it as a reason to hate on Christina needs to sit back down or risk getting a smack upside the head by the H8TERbusters. (^_^)
