Why this never happens? We have no explanations when a thread's closed. Like for example my thread about ads on mobile just got closed because clearly ATRL's mad at me for exposing them (they probably get coins everytime we get redirected) and there was no details about it being closed?

Because a lot of thread closures are very self-explanatory.

Some mods (Cupid & supaspaz) actually give reasons when they close.

But it never happens. They should remove that line.
