Brendon worked with Daniel Cloud (This Is Gospel director) recently, so this is probably a sequel (Victorious MV maybe?).
And i'm almost 100% sure that this involves the album announcement too. Last saturday Brendon said in a interview that we would get a release date for the album "very very soon".
