How so? Apple is actually copying Microsoft with the iPad pro which is awful in comparison btw.
The build quality, durability, OS, design, seamless transition for iPhones, longevity (I'm on a 2008 Macbook (not a pro) that runs better than half the new Windows laptops I've used.
Apple has brand recognition, so nothing will take it down, at least not for awhile yet. If anything eventually takes down Apple (and it will happen, it always does) it'll be a new competitor who brings better innovation.
I do agree though that since Steve Jobs' death, Apple has been coasting along, with Apple Music being it's biggest example. Instead of innovating, they ripped off an already existing and established model in hopes of monopolizing everything.

And I said "computers" not tablets
The surface book is a computer hybrid. It's comparable to the Mac book pro (it's 2x more powerful than Mac)
But it's also iPad form factor. Idk but the hardware on the surface is pretty solid.
No, it won't. I've always had Microsoft products but they kept getting worse and more problematic, so a few months back I made the switch to Apple, should've done that a lot earlier.
A Surface Pro is definitely cute and more handy than an iPad but it falls short to the macbook. And that awkward pullout stand is just tragic, I can't believe it's still there when people wanted that **** gone IMMEDIATELY after the SP1
Only thing keeping them in high is the iPhone.. They can't afford to ever lose ground there otherwise they are nothing without that. It will take a few years for surface line of products to gain traction.
Also a mostly gay thread asking gays to vote against productivity or a gay fashion statement... Of course Apple will slay the charts with the gheys.

I'm planning to buy the pro (1,499$) next month.
You realise the $1499 model has crap hardware, and doesn't have a dedicated GPU.
You'd basically be running a tablet with a keyboard dock. The power of a laptop is in the more expensive version.
