Then there are celebs like Kylie Jenner, who openly admit to clinical enhancement, after suffering from insecurities her entire life (just like Caitlyn) and thanks to modern medicine, things can be fixed, or sculpted, and they can live happy lives with themselves.

So the question is, why is it okay to surgery shame some, and praise others for it?

It doesn't make it okay to shame because they don't tell anyone or wants to stay private about it, it's their business.

Those who surgery shame are usually hypocrites and/or jealous, envious and insecure in their own skin.

I said most not everyone, I mean when you have a narcissistic disorder you have the urge to stand out from everyone else, therefore when your appearance doesn't match your idea of beauty you reject yourself and look for a solution to fix it and feed your own narcissism.
